Try these tips to immediately login to your account.

Here are the most common solutions so you can login right away:

• Make sure you're typing the correct email address and password. Try it 3 times to be sure.
• Turn off CAPS lock.
• Try several possible passwords.
• Use a different browser and different computer.

Requesting A New Password Will Erase Your Old One!

Once you fill out the form to request a new password your old password will be ERASED and reset to something new and the ONLY way to get it is to be able to receive email. You will receive an email containing your new password. If you do not receive this email then you will not be able to log in to your account! Please make sure that you have followed all the previous steps to make sure you do not get locked out of your DAR.fm account.

Add support@dar.fm to Your Contacts

Many Internet Providers and email programs filter incoming messages. To prevent your password request from getting lost you must add support@dar.fm to your contact list.

• Adding contacts in AOL Webmail
• Adding contacts in Comcast

If you are not sure how to add a contact to your address book of trusted senders, please contact your Internet Service Provider or the company who created your email program.

Add support@dar.fm to your email screening service

If you use a 3rd party email screening service like: Boxbe, Mailwasher, spamBlocker, SpamAssassin, etc. You must add support@dar.fm to your Trusted list, your Friends list, or your Whitelist. These services attempt to block email that is sent to your account unless you specifically tell them not to.
