When HOT JAZZ SATURDAY NIGHT was pulled from WAMU's schedule in June 2018, after nearly 38 years on the air, listeners threw a fit. When there was a change in management in August 2020, the show returned a few weeks later. It now airs from 7 until 10 p.m., featuring as it did before, vintage jazz, swing, and recordings by major entertainers from the '20s, '30s, and '40s.
